Polyvinyl Chloride (abbreviated: PVC) is a type of thermoplastic polymer. It is widely used in the chemical industry and often in the construction industry. At the present time, PVC is used as a substitute for most metals in buildings. it is estimated that the amount of PVC used in building construction has reached 60%. Ease of use, thermal and acoustic insulator and high resistance are the reasons of popularity of this material. Also, PVC can protect the building from earthquake or something danger like that.

PVC Wallcoverings

Wallcovering is one of the PVC products, which has been used as a building material instead of gypsum, wood, concrete and cement materials in recent years. PVC wallcoverings are usually produced in coated form (two-layer), which are insulator of thermal and acoustic. In some cases, PVC wallcoverings are produced in solid form to increase the strength and durability and does not need to infrastructure or foundation.
